Order Cancellation & Right of Withdrawal

Order Cancellation before Shipment

Customers may cancel their order provided that order processing and shipment have not yet started.

The usual cancellation window is approximately 3–5 hours from the time the order is placed.

To request a cancellation, please contact us promptly:

If the order has not yet been shipped and payment was made by card or PayPal, the refund will be issued within 1–3 business days using the same payment method.

 

Cancellation after Shipment

If the order has already been shipped, we will make every reasonable effort to stop the delivery and request the return of the parcel.

In this case:

  • the customer is not charged any costs,
  • all shipping and return costs are fully covered by the company,
  • and a full refund is issued.
To ensure smooth operation, in cases of repeated cancellations after shipment, the company reserves the right, for future orders within Greece only, to request prepayment or additional confirmation prior to shipment.

Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days, without providing any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights and applicable national legislation.

This policy applies exclusively to consumers, meaning natural persons acting outside their professional or commercial activity.

 

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the goods.

 

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. email or letter).

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw:

  • all payments received, including standard delivery costs, will be refunded,
  • refunds are issued within 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal notice,
  • refunds are made using the same payment method,
  • we may withhold the refund until the goods are received or proof of return is provided.

 

Return of Goods

Goods must be returned within 14 days from the date you notify us of your withdrawal.

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
  • The customer is liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary.

 

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • used or damaged products,
  • products without original packaging,
  • sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, in accordance with Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

Indicative examples include:

  • cosmetics and personal care products,
  • manicure and pedicure tools,
  • synthetic hair, extensions,
  • depilatory and hygiene products.

For health and safety reasons, such returns cannot be accepted.
