1) Shipping within Greece – Standard Delivery
- Free shipping: For orders with a total value of €39.00 or more (valid throughout Greece).
- Shipping cost for orders under €39.00: €2.50.
- Cash on delivery: Additional charge of €1.90.
- Free shipping & cash on delivery: For orders with a total value of €59.00 or more.
- Free in-store pickup: Choose the Christian Artesio store that serves you.
2) Delivery Time (Greece)
- Shipments are carried out via partner courier companies (ACS, Courier CENTER and Box Now).
- Delivery time: 1–3 business days for items that are immediately available.
- For island and remote destinations: up to 2–4 business days.
3) Shipping to Cyprus
- Shipping cost for orders under €90.00: €9.00.
- Free shipping: For orders with a total value of €90.00 or more.
- Shipments are mainly carried out via DHL or Box Now, depending on the customer’s preference. In certain orders, depending on the contents of the products, shipping may be handled by the courier company ACS.
- Delivery time: With DHL and Box Now: approximately 2–5 business days. With ACS: approximately 10–12 business days. (Delivery times may be extended in cases of adverse weather conditions.)
- The choice of courier company is made based on the type of products included in the order, in order to ensure safe and proper transportation.
4) Shipping to Other European Countries
- Shipping cost for orders under €90.00: €13.50.
- Free shipping: For orders with a total value of €90.00 or more.
- Shipments are carried out via DHL.
- Delivery times vary depending on the destination country. Indicative delivery time: 5–7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the country.
5) Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment online.
