At Christian Artesio, our goal is for every customer to be fully satisfied with their order. If for any reason you need to return a product, please find below the detailed terms and return procedure, applicable to orders within Greece as well as orders shipped to other European countries.
1. General Return Conditions
- Returns must be made within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
- Products must be in their original condition, unused, and returned in their original packaging, accompanied by the relevant legal documents (Retail Receipt or Invoice).
- Products must be properly packaged and protected to avoid damage during transportation.
Returns are not accepted in the following cases:
- Products without their original packaging.
- Products that have been used or show signs of use.
- Products that come into direct contact with the skin, hair, or body (such as cosmetics, personal care products, brushes, hair extensions, depilatory products, etc.), for hygiene reasons, in accordance with applicable European and Greek consumer protection legislation.

2. Incorrect Product or Quantity (Company Responsibility)
If you receive an incorrect product or incorrect quantity:
- Christian Artesio will fully cover the replacement.
- There will be no cost to the customer.
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
3. Defective or Damaged Products
- All products are carefully inspected prior to shipment.
- If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or visible damage caused during transport, please contact us within 14 calendar days from delivery.
- The replacement will be carried out at no additional cost, regardless of the country of delivery.
4. Return Costs & Procedure
The cost of return depends on the reason for the return:
Returns due to company error or defective product
- The return is carried out free of charge for the customer.
- For orders within Greece, the company arranges courier pickup.
- For orders outside Greece, Christian Artesio covers the return cost after prior communication with the customer regarding the return process.
Returns initiated by the customer (e.g. change of mind)
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
- For international orders, the customer is responsible for selecting the courier service and shipping the parcel from their country to our premises in Greece.
- Christian Artesio is not responsible for delays or losses caused by third-party courier companies.
- Returns sent with cash on delivery or recipient charges are not accepted without prior approval.
5. Refunds
Refunds are possible provided that all return conditions are met.
- Card / PayPal / Klarna payments: Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 1–5 business days after inspection of the returned product.
- Bank transfer or cash on delivery payments: Refunds are made via bank transfer (IBAN, account holder name, and bank details required).
- Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

- Keep the shipping receipt until the return process is completed.
