Steps

1. Heat the wax in a professional wax heater until it reaches a fluid, elastic consistency (not excessively liquid).
2. Before application, test a small amount of wax on the inside of the wrist to ensure the temperature is comfortable and safe for use.
3. Optionally, apply a pre-wax lotion to remove excess oil and perspiration from the skin. This helps improve wax adhesion to the hair.
4. Using a spatula, apply a sufficient amount of wax in the direction of hair growth, creating an even layer that is not too thin. Leave a small edge at the end of the application to facilitate removal.
