Complete your manicure or pedicure treatment. Do not apply nail polish.
Before placing your hands or feet into the paraffin bath, ensure that all jewelry has been removed and spray the area with an antibacterial spray.
Place the solid paraffin into the paraffin heater, using the amount recommended for your device.
Turn on the device and allow it to reach the appropriate temperature.
Let the paraffin melt completely until it becomes liquid.
Make sure the paraffin is warm but comfortable for the skin, not excessively hot.
Dip your hand into the paraffin up to the wrist or your foot up to the ankle.
Repeat the dipping process 3–4 times until a uniform, thick layer forms, resembling a glove.
Wrap the treated area with cellophane film and then cover it with cotton gloves or booties to help retain the heat for a longer period.
This sealing effect creates a pleasant accumulation of warmth, encouraging the skin’s pores to open. As a result, any products applied beforehand can penetrate more effectively into the deeper layers of the skin.
After approximately 15 minutes, remove the gloves or booties and peel away the paraffin, starting from the wrist or ankle with the help of the cellophane film.
Finish the treatment by applying a moisturizing cream.
Precautions
Do not use the device if you have circulatory problems, diabetes, inflammation, skin irritation, burns, cuts, or moles in the treatment area.
Do not dip your finger into the paraffin to test its temperature.
Do not heat the paraffin in an oven or microwave.
Do not place used paraffin back into the device.
