Before You Wear Your Wig
You will need:
Hair clips
Wig cap
Comb
How to Apply the Wig
Secure your natural hair with hair clips so it lies as flat as possible against your head.
Put on the wig cap, making sure all of your hair is tucked inside.
Adjust the strap inside the wig until it feels secure and comfortable.
Tilt your head forward and position the wig correctly on your head.
Comb and style the wig as desired.
Washing & Styling
Gently brush the wig, starting from the ends and working upward with a wide-tooth comb or brush.
Rinse with lukewarm water from roots to ends. For curly wigs, leave the hair net on during washing if possible.
Apply shampoo to your hands first, then distribute it through the hair. Clean the inside of the cap using gentle circular motions.
Rinse thoroughly while gently pressing the hair—do not rub.
Spray 10 in 1 Leave-in Conditioner from the mid-lengths to the ends.
Pat dry with a towel to remove excess water. Do not wring or brush the wig while wet.
Place the wig on a wig stand and allow it to air dry naturally, away from heat sources.
Once completely dry, separate the strands gently using a wide-tooth comb.
For a More Natural Look
It is normal for the crown area to appear slightly frizzy when the wig is worn for the first time.
Place the wig on your head.
Hold the front edge while brushing.
Brush repeatedly from front to back.
Brush each side of the parting separately, from roots to ends.
Repeat several times until the wig looks natural and has soft, natural volume.
During sleep, it is recommended to remove the hair topper. If you choose to wear it while sleeping, please note that the hair fibers will gradually wear out, reducing the overall lifespan of the topper.
